Home Service Policy



 

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT:

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE SETTLED ON OR BEFORE THE EVENT DATE.
  • BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. RUSH BOOKINGS (LESS THAN 7 DAYS) ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

2. EVENT DETAILS:

  • CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCURATE EVENT DETAILS, INCLUDING DATE, TIME, LOCATION, AND SELECTED STATIONS. ANY CHANGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

3. VENUE REQUIREMENTS:

  • CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE ADEQUATE SPACE, ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY, AND A SAFE WORKING AREA FOR SETUP AND OPERATION OF THE STATIONS. RUSH PAINT HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY LIMITED ACCESS OR UNSUITABLE VENUE CONDITIONS.

4. SUPERVISION & SAFETY:

  • ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES, ESPECIALLY FOR EVENTS INVOLVING CHILDREN. RUSH PAINT HOUSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURIES, ACCIDENTS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISUSE OF MATERIALS OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS.

5. DAMAGES & LIABILITY:

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES TO THE VENUE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS DURING THE EVENT. CLIENTS MAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, OR MATERIALS CAUSED BY GUESTS DURING THE EVENT.

6. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA:

  • WE MAY TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE EVENT FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE YOUR CHILD OR GUESTS FEATURED.

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

  • CANCELLATIONS MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
  • CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT.
  • NO-SHOWS OR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (LESS THAN 24 HOURS) REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT.
